The Production Support role at Radwell involves a comprehensive set of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth flow of repair parts within the production process. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The primary objective is to review, coordinate, and expedite repair parts while maintaining high standards of quality and on-time delivery. The role requires constant customer awareness throughout the process, utilizing various communication methods such as phone, email, and fax to update customers on revised delivery dates and expectations. A key aspect of this position is to expedite and communicate effectively when expected delivery dates are missed. This includes managing production statuses such as Awaiting Assignment, Dispatched to Technician, Being Repaired, Awaiting Parts, Parts Research, Parts Ordered, QA Further Evaluation, and BER Evaluation. The individual in this role will enhance and improve the communication process to ensure that customers are informed of all available options through collaboration with purchasing, sales, and engineering teams. Additionally, the Production Support role involves managing follow-up processes to ensure customer satisfaction and that all available resources have been utilized. The position also requires assisting in data research and fact-finding to meet technician monthly performance reviews and metric schedule requirements. The individual will support Repair Production Team Leaders and Technicians with inventory management related to production processes. This role may evolve over time, and other duties may be assigned as necessary.
