About the position

The Production Support role involves assisting with various general production operations in a light industrial setting. The primary focus is on ensuring the accuracy of deliveries, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues, and maintaining the flow of materials and supplies within the production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general production operations such as logging, tagging, and measuring.
• Verify accuracy of quantity and quality of deliveries.
• Collaborate with other departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect orders, and replace damaged products.
• Utilize a forklift as needed for operations.
• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying what's listed on production orders.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of warehouse and/or machine operator experience in a food manufacturing environment or factory related type field.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
