Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing assembly line machinery/equipment.
• Monitor the quality of output and identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily assembly production records for performance analysis.
• Perform safety checks and adhere to safety rules at all times.
• Carry out instructed quality checks and fill out appropriate check sheet information.
• Ensure adherence to environmental policies and procedures.
• Work efficiently and effectively, aiding team members as needed.
• Look for ways to improve the production process and share ideas for improvement.
• Keep assigned areas clean, neat, and free from clutter.
• Take instruction from Production Line Supervisors and cooperate with team members.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work procedures.
• Ability to fill out necessary paperwork, including quality check sheets.
• Mechanical aptitude for basic machine adjustments.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field is preferred.
