Production Team Member II-Anchor Drive

About the position

The position involves performing assembly, servicing, and material handling of medical devices and components at ZOLL, a company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative technologies. The role requires high-quality results within time standards, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols while handling both new and used medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, cleaning, evaluation, servicing, and material handling of medical devices according to procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members in a positive and non-disruptive manner.
• Follow all safety requirements and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary.
• Clean or service used medical devices that may have been in homes and are not clean.
• Operate and maintain material handling equipment.
• Accurately record process transactions via computer or in writing.
• Communicate potential quality or production issues to the Team Lead or Supervisor promptly.
• Cross-train to learn various skills across different workstations.
• Participate in process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in an electro-mechanical production or materials handling environment preferred.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new operations and flex into various work areas as needed.
• History of teamwork and contributing to team results.
• Ability to learn and follow medical device regulations and instructions precisely.
• Coachability and responsiveness to feedback from supervisors.
• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail and safety requirements.
• Full comprehension of written and spoken English language is required.
• Basic computer skills including navigating windows and using email.
