The Production Technician role at DreamFields involves direct participation in the manufacturing of cannabis products, ensuring that they are prepared for distribution to dispensaries. Responsibilities
- Manipulating flower & oil
- Weighing, stuffing, and rolling product
- Labeling, stickering and packaging finished goods
Requirements
- At least 21 years old per state law
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ years' experience within a production or manufacturing position
- 1+ years' experience manufacturing consumable goods - preferred
- Must have working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Ability to work well with others and independently
- Ability to learn and adapt to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis
- Ability to manage your time in a fast-paced environment to meet goals without sacrificing quality
- Ability to maintain a high standard of health and hygiene as required by OSHA
- Ability to follow basic instructions and be receptive to feedback/coaching from the management team to maintain product quality
