Production Technician I

About the position

As a Production Technician I at PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will be responsible for performing various production assembly tasks while ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards. This role emphasizes Total Customer Satisfaction and requires the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, as well as a thorough understanding of production techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple assembly using microscope and basic tools.
• Conduct soldering, spot welding, and washing according to documentation.
• Inspect all workmanship and processes to ensure quality before proceeding to the next operation.
• Follow proper Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures as outlined in the ESD manual.
• Communicate with supervisors and other departments regarding product and assembly issues.
• Ensure all material and equipment calibration dates are valid before use.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• Basic computer and electronic skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in soldering.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
