Responsibilities
- Operate various pieces of mill equipment and mobile equipment.
- Monitor and operate computer-controlled manufacturing systems.
- Inspect, clean, and perform basic preventative maintenance on process equipment.
- Support the plant with overtime as required and willingness to work a rotating shift.
- Foster a safe and reliable production environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in an industrial operations/manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and physical including drug and alcohol screen.
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime when needed.
