Responsibilities

• Complete more than 50% of the total repairs for the team.
• Repair bikes quickly and consistently while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Handle the most complex repairs with trust from the team and customers.

• Top-notch communication skills.
• Impressive attention to detail and a love for tinkering.
