We are seeking an onboarding specialist to join our dynamic team at Aerotek. The successful candidate will work closely with department heads to identify and build training materials tailored to department needs. This role is crucial in ensuring that new employees are effectively onboarded and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their positions. The onboarding specialist will collaborate with various departments to develop training objectives that align with the content, ensuring that all training is relevant and effective. In addition to developing training materials, the onboarding specialist will be responsible for facilitating training sessions, administering tests to assess understanding, and managing training materials. This includes keeping track of training progress and reporting to management upon request. The role may also involve occasional data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress. This position is based in an Injection Molding Facility, which provides a unique environment for training and development. The onboarding specialist will play a key role in fostering a positive learning atmosphere and ensuring that all employees feel supported during their transition into the company. This is a permanent, fully on-site position located in Waukegan, Illinois.
