About the position

We are seeking an onboarding specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with department heads to identify and build training materials tailored to department needs. They will also collaborate to develop training objectives that align with the content. Responsibilities include facilitating training, administering tests, and handling training materials. Reporting to management upon request and performing occasional data entry will also be part of the role. This position is based in an Injection Molding Facility, which requires a hands-on approach to training and onboarding new employees in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production and experience in training or leading teams. This is a permanent position, and the work is fully on-site in Waukegan, Illinois.
