About the position

The Production & Trim Team positions are seasonal roles at a well-known cannabis cultivation and brand in West Sonoma County. The team is responsible for trimming and processing cannabis flowers, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. This role requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic, with opportunities for future growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Trimming and processing finished cannabis flower
• Maintaining attention to detail and knowledge of cannabis industry standards
• Processing product with care and consideration
• Removing fan leaves and stalks while maintaining plant integrity
• Identifying specific strain types and sorting accordingly
• Accountability for quality control and sorting through damaged materials
• Following and refining operating procedures with a focus on compliance and quality control
• Cleaning and organizing the workspace
• Leading by example and serving as a values-driven teammate

Requirements
