About the position

The Production/Warehouse Worker at Samiti Technology Inc. is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process in a clean environment. This role involves operating machinery, performing quality control, and ensuring efficient workflow in the warehouse. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in a clean manufacturing environment.
• Perform quality control checks on products and materials.
• Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production issues.
• Participate in start-up and handover meetings as scheduled.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift from 5AM to 1:30PM, Monday to Friday.
• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the radio.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft applications; SAP experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred, but training is available.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying environmental conditions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in high-speed production environments.
• Basic maintenance experience.
