About the position

Join OSI Industries as a Production Worker and become part of a company that values its employees as the cornerstone of its success. With over 100 years of history, starting as a family-owned butcher shop in Chicago, we have evolved into one of the largest food processing companies globally. As we continue to grow, we invite you to grow with us. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time production workers, with immediate openings available. At OSI, we offer more than just the standard benefits you would expect from an industry leader, such as a 401K and paid time off (PTO). We also provide opportunities for overtime, quick promotions with pay increases, tuition reimbursement, and a profit-sharing plan. Additionally, you will have the chance to make a difference in the community as we partner with organizations like Help Feed American Families, supplying food to non-profit organizations. In this role, you will work in our meat processing factory as an assembler, preparing processing equipment for operation. Your responsibilities will include assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of equipment. Expect to be on your feet for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. The production floor environment will expose you to food plant cleaning and sanitation chemicals, as well as cold (40 degrees) and wet conditions.
