About the position
We are a telecommunications company that is looking for a motivated individual to perform various duties related to the assembly and disassembly of business telephones. The role involves using various hand tools and electric drivers to disassemble and assemble telephones, as well as prepping plastic pieces with hand tools and sandpaper. This position does not require any prior experience or training, as on-the-job training will be provided to ensure that the new hire is well-equipped to perform their tasks effectively. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ideal candidate should possess strong hand-eye coordination skills and a keen attention to detail. After a 90-day probationary period, the employee will qualify for a pay raise, paid leave, paid holidays, and participation in a profit-sharing or bonus program. The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. This is a full-time position, and candidates are expected to work in person at our Burlington, NC location.
Responsibilities
