About the position

The Production Worker role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, specifically on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Employees will be responsible for using hand tools, reading blueprints, and manufacturing products based on work orders. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to collaborate with team members to meet production goals while ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools and work off blueprints to manufacture products based on work orders.
• Inspect product quality and learn various manufacturing processes.
• Use computers to adjust machinery settings and maintain an organized workstation.
• Collaborate with team members in Department 1 to lift products and meet KPIs.
• Read tape measures and assist operators with quality checks in Department 1.
• Work off bills of materials and assembly drawings in Department 2.
• Perform final assembly and inspections to ensure product quality in Department 2.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery.
