• Operating machinery and making incremental process adjustments.
• Monitoring and reporting the quality of manufactured products.
• Utilizing critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to set up new production jobs.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Assisting other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend standard work instructions, math, and measuring.
• Strong attendance record and punctuality.
• High school diploma or GED.
