About the position

The Applied Product Sales Support Representative is a full-time role focused on HVAC sales, responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales revenue. This position also involves end-to-end project management for HVAC projects, requiring strong communication skills and technical expertise in HVAC systems, particularly Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and qualification of potential clients.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Provide project management support for HVAC projects from start to finish.
  • Offer technical expertise and support regarding HVAC solutions.
  • Gather market insights and report on sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field, preferably in HVAC or technical environments.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and VRF technology is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Technical aptitude to learn and explain HVAC solutions effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HVAC sales for 3 years (preferred).
  • EPA Type II certification (preferred).
