Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas.
• Conduct residential cleaning tasks such as sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and fresh for use.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
• Execute carpet cleaning procedures using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Maintain floor care by applying proper cleaning methods for different types of flooring surfaces.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products used in residential and commercial settings.
