Responsibilities
- Perform bathing using premium shampoo and conditioner
- Provide haircuts or body trims as requested
- Brush and hand dry pets, including blowouts
- Clip nails and clean ears
- Express anal glands and brush teeth
- Communicate with pet owners to understand specific grooming requests
- Work alongside bathers to assist with bathing tasks
- Identify and respond to dog behaviors to ensure safety and comfort
Requirements
- 2+ years of working grooming experience
- Knowledge of animal care and safety
- Strong customer service skills
