We are looking to add a Professional Groomer to our team at Holiday Pet Hotel to support an influx of grooming clients. As a Professional Groomer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that pets receive the highest quality grooming services while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. You will be responsible for grooming and styling pets according to pet owners' instructions or standard grooming styles, accommodating special requests, and ensuring that all pets are safe during the grooming process. Your expertise will help us maintain our mission, vision, and values, and you will be a key player in creating a positive experience for our clients and their furry companions. In this role, you will be expected to perform various grooming tasks, including trimming pets' nails, brushing their teeth, and cleaning their ears. You will also be responsible for routinely cleaning work areas and recommending suitable products to pet owners. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be answering any questions clients may have with a friendly attitude and keeping the receptionist informed about pets that are ready for pick-up. We value a professional demeanor at all times and encourage our groomers to build on their skill set, including opportunities for creative grooming and Asian fusion techniques.
