• Guide pet owners on maintaining and reinforcing their dog's training at home.
• Maintain records to track each dog's development.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during training sessions.
• Conduct group and private training sessions for dogs and their owners.
• Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors.
• Assess each dog's behavior and progress, adjusting training methods as necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to pet owners on proper care and handling of their pets.
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment for both dogs and clients.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure comprehensive care for all animals.
• Document training progress and communicate effectively with clients regarding their dog's development.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to board and train up to two pets in your home (a fenced yard is highly preferred).
• Proven experience in dog handling, animal restraint, or related fields is essential.
• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners.
• Background in animal care, veterinary assistance, or pet grooming is a plus.
• Familiarity with animal behavior principles and training techniques is preferred.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting associated with managing large dogs or equipment.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in the pet industry is a bonus, but passion and dedication are a must.
