Responsibilities

• Supervise State forces in the regional construction office.
• Assist in managing construction project documentation to ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulations.
• Review contractor schedules and P6 Primavera schedules to track project progress and potential delays.
• Serve a role within the incident Command System to support the department's response to regional and statewide emergency situations.

Requirements

• A New York State Professional Engineer's license and current registration.
• A qualifying bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields, or one year of full-time qualifying engineering experience with transportation projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with P6 Primavera scheduling software.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Laws related to construction projects.
