About the position

Anomalie Beauty Agency is seeking professional Hair & Makeup Artists to join their luxury on-location beauty team. The role involves providing exceptional hair and makeup services for various events, including bridal, special events, and photoshoots. The agency emphasizes a commitment to quality service and team development, aiming to create a nurturing environment for artists to thrive in their careers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hair and makeup services for clients at various events.
• Maintain a professional rapport with staff and clientele.
• Adapt to various client environments and maintain the creative vision of the client.
• Stay current with hair and makeup trends and maintain knowledge of beauty products.
• Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment for staff and clients.
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team as needed.
• Complete services efficiently, ideally within 45 minutes.

Requirements

• Professional Styling experience required.
• Professional Makeup Artistry experience required.
• Valid portfolio of previous work experience.
• Exceptional dry styling skills (blow drying, curling, updos, braiding).
• Exceptional makeup artistry and technical skills required.
• Strong dependable work ethic and exceptional customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

• Airbrush makeup experience (preferred).
• Customer service experience (1 year preferred).
• Cosmetology License (required for stylists).
• Esthetician License or Makeup Artistry Certification (preferred for makeup artists).
• Relevant work experience (2-3 years preferred).
