About the position

The Professional Nanny position involves caring for a 6-month-old baby for first-time parents in Rockville, MD. The role requires a warm and engaging individual who can support the baby's development through interactive play and nurturing care. The nanny will work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, starting in January of next year.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for the infant, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, catering to the baby's dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness in the baby's living space, including laundry and organizing toys.
• Communicate effectively with parents about the baby's daily activities and milestones.
• Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote development and learning.
• Administer first aid when necessary and ensure the baby's health and safety at all times.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional nannying experience.
• Must be legal to work in the US.
• Must be comfortable around 1 small dog.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car.
• Willing to get COVID-Vaccine & Booster if eligible.
