Responsibilities
- Bring the job in on budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in all activities related to specific jobs.
- Treat customers with respect and maintain a professional demeanor with fellow employees.
- Document project progress daily with pictures and report any issues.
- Learn and apply The Picky Painter's procedures and processes to every project.
- Notify team members of any issues on a project within 24 hours.
Requirements
- Proficient in surface preparation and basic patching techniques.
- Ability to mask, tape, and protect areas before painting.
- Skilled in brushing, rolling, and basic spraying techniques.
- Capable of painting windows, doors, soffits, fascia, cabinets, and shutters without supervision.
- Experience in removing wallpaper and backing without excessive wall damage.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with paint sprayers and their proper setup and cleanup.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
