About the position

The Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Syneos Health will play a crucial role in a nationwide sales team, focusing on developing and managing an assigned territory. This position involves promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building relationships, and influencing prescribing decisions to enhance brand loyalty and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively demonstrate and promote client's products to targeted and non-targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in the territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance company and/or product loyalty.
  • Utilize defined selling model to obtain maximum commitment from customers on every call.
  • Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult and maintain customer relationships.
  • Customize discussions with physicians based on their needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years' pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or business to business sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Nice-to-haves

  • Appropriate disease state experience (respiratory, immunology, diabetes, etc.)
  • Documented history and proven track record of sales success.
