Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective selling skills in a friendly, efficient, and productive manner.
• Meet individual product sales goals for the week.
• Engage with customers, building relationships and rapport.
• Work as a team player to achieve sales goals.
• Effectively communicate financial financing options to customers.
• Articulate Price Point Furniture's products and added value to customers.
• Circulate the sales floor and interact with customers.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
• Maintain a professional attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maximize sales potential through energy, enthusiasm, and ambition.

Requirements

• Sales experience in the furniture, appliances, or similar retail environment.
• Proven ability to meet customer needs through the sales and service experience.
• High school degree/GED required; college experience or degree preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
