About the position
The Professional Sales Consultant role involves selling factory-built homes to customers, leveraging a proprietary sales process. The position offers a base salary along with lucrative commissions and bonuses, with opportunities for career advancement into management. The ideal candidate will be driven, disciplined, and enthusiastic about achieving sales success in a supportive and growing company.
Responsibilities
- Follow our proprietary sales process
- Present our homes to prospective buyers
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Follow-up with all leads
- Attend our regularly scheduled training programs
- Communicate with the General Sales Manager
- Maintain your CRM data
- Maintain the overall appearance of your retail location and model homes
- Submit complete and accurate reports pertaining to all sales activities
- Contribute your input to management on our continuing improvement process
Requirements
- 1 year of documented sales success in business to consumer, high ticket sales
- The drive to be successful
- The discipline to follow our proven sales methodology
- The ability to work with a team
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the factory-built housing industry
- Bilingual in Spanish
