About the position

The Professional Services Consultant Contractor at eProductivity Software will provide essential consulting services to both new and existing customers within the Printing Services Team. This role focuses on implementation, analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting of software and related issues, ensuring that client needs are met effectively and efficiently. The position is remote, allowing for flexibility while requiring travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Consulting Services for the estimating and planning functionality within the eProductivity Software Enterprise print solution.
• Develop and maintain standardized training documentation and supporting materials.
• Ensure any client issues are identified quickly, forwarded to the proper resources, and resolved in a timely manner to ensure key project milestones are met.
• Work with eProductivity Software clients to analyze and interpret business requirements, providing customized solutions within the core product while offering industry best practices.
• Provide ERP and industry-specific knowledge transfer utilizing eProductivity Software consulting methodology and documentation.
• Assist teammates with issues to ensure project objectives are being met.
• Act as an Ambassador of eProductivity Software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Printing, or equivalent experience.
• Experience or knowledge in the printing industry.
• Excellent organization, communication, written, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning / Management Information Systems.
• Experience with computer operating systems.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and multi-task.
• Working knowledge of Client/Server architecture.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong knowledge of estimating, planning, scheduling, and production within the print industry.
• Knowledge and experience with iQuote, iPlan, PrintFlow, and Monarch Foundation software.
