About The Position

The Mobility Architect/Engineer will work with U.S. government customers to design and implement enterprise software solutions, focusing on secure mobility and enterprise mobility solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of product architecture, infrastructure, and engineering best practices to ensure successful deployments and long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Possess current US Department of Defense Security Clearance at 'Secret' level or higher.
• Possess a current DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certifications (Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Windows Server Administration, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, and IIS.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in computer software or systems including Firewalls, Network Appliances, Routers, Load-Balancers, Email, Networking, Internet application platform technology, Relational Databases (i.e. SQL) and Analytical related technologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interfacing at multiple levels of client management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing complex projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Consulting or Sales Engineering in software platforms or end-to-end IT solution implementation preferably within the wireless, high tech or telecom industry.
• Experience with comprehensive Enterprise Software deployment for clients.
• Strong knowledge and technical competence in messaging architecture, MS Exchange, including Microsoft Office Online and Cloud Environments.
• Experience working with integration solutions and software APIs.
• Recent Administrative and/or implementation experience with BlackBerry or comparable Enterprise Mobility Management solutions.
• In-depth knowledge and strong operating experience in at least one of the following areas of specialization: VPNs, Security, Remote/Local Access, WAN, or Wireless.
• Experience with scripting languages such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PowerShell.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, accounts management with the ability to interface with a diverse set of clients.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides and Security Requirement Guide process.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver detailed IT solutions through consulting project activities.
• Design the full lifecycle of BlackBerry product deployments for global enterprise customers.
• Support Sales teams with high-level architecture recommendations during the pre-sales process.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on optimal BlackBerry deployment, products, and configurations.
• Develop and present comprehensive analysis and documentation of the customer's current state of operations and recommendations for optimal deployment state.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management on emerging products and technologies.
• Ensure Technical Support cases opened during Professional Services engagements include complete descriptions of problem statements.
• Mentor BlackBerry consulting teams on architecture and design best practices.
• Support the sales team as needed in a pre-sale's capacity as a service line subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with consultants on research, whitepapers, and conference talks to drive awareness of the practice's expertise and capabilities.
• Contribute to team development, including processes and peer support to advance the capabilities of the practice.
• Identify additional product/services opportunities in customer organizations.
