About the position

The Solutions Consultant for the Professional Services Organization at Intuit will support the Global Business Solutions Group by enabling Accountants, Mid-Market Customers, and Partners to effectively adopt and utilize the Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES). This role focuses on providing strategic consulting, technology expertise, and implementation strategies, while fostering delightful experiences for clients. The position requires a deep understanding of SaaS, change management, and accounting workflows, and is not centered on program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Understand small and mid-market business needs and their accounting implications.
• Lead technical discussions with Accounting Firms, Partners, and Mid-Market businesses to brainstorm solutions and determine technical feasibility.
• Serve as a design and implementation consultant/expert to Accounting Firms and Mid-Market Businesses.
• Consult and help design technical integrations with partners, focusing on user experience.
• Provide product and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, assisting the sales team in assessing potential applications of company products.
• Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams to drive tangible results.
• Develop credibility and strong partnerships with partner technical teams to architect joint solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven 5+ years in the Accounting Industry and SaaS partner organizations in a tech environment.
• Strong technology and business experience, preferably with mid-market businesses and clients.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes and develop recommendations.
• Demonstrated communication and collaborative skills with the ability to influence and work cross-functionally.
• Strong understanding of small and mid-market business needs and their accounting implications.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated and tenacious with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and skills.
• Partner and client-focused with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $131K - $166K per year.
