About the position

The Professional Services Product Manager for Managed Print Services at HP is responsible for leading the engagement with markets and developing value propositions for the service portfolio. This role focuses on driving the definition, development, and successful implementation of services aimed at optimizing the IT experience for enterprise customers. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure the services portfolio aligns with market needs and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce the concept of professional services, emphasizing the importance of consulting and deployment in achieving business goals.
  • Define Service Offerings for Consulting Services, including IT strategy, business process optimization, and technology implementation.
  • Highlight the Value Proposition of consulting services, showcasing benefits like improved efficiency and cost savings.
  • Provide Case Studies of successful consulting engagements to demonstrate positive impacts on clients' businesses.
  • Define service offerings for Deployment Services, detailing system integration, software installation, and infrastructure setup.
  • Explain the advantages of deployment services, such as reduced downtime and faster time-to-market.
  • Provide examples of successful deployment projects to demonstrate service effectiveness.
  • Ensure services portfolio is adequate for each customer segment (enterprise, mid-market & SMB) and analyze development roadmaps required.
  • Build the value proposition for MPS Enterprise customers and create an engaging vision for HP customers.
  • Define pricing strategy and ensure HP systems can support it in collaboration with enablement teams.
  • Analyze market requests and develop configurations of services that maximize revenue for HP and return for customers.
  • Become an expert in the competitive landscape for print management and document workflow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer science, Telecommunications, or business).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing services.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of MPS, SW solutions, and the channel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a related field.
