About the position

The Talent Development Program (TDP) at Cemex USA is a 12-month initiative designed for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the Ready-Mix division. Participants will rotate through various roles, enhancing their skills and preparing for future career opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety standards are met or exceeded across all operations.
  • Participate in a structured rotational program covering different facets of Ready-Mix operations.
  • Develop both technical and transferable soft skills through hands-on work and training sessions.
  • Build a network of contacts and resources across the company.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve Ready-Mix operations.

Requirements

  • Recent bachelor's degree in Concrete Industry Management, Construction Science Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • GPA of 2.5 or above, with a preference for those with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in analytical and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience through internships, co-op programs, or university projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Flexibility to relocate within the U.S. if needed.
