About the position

We are seeking a professional videographer to capture a medical seminar for our nonprofit organization. The role involves filming key moments of the event, including speakers, attendees, vendor interactions, and interviews, ensuring high-quality footage is delivered promptly.

Responsibilities

• Film all speakers during the seminar, focusing on key moments rather than the entire presentation.
• Capture candid moments of attendees throughout the event.
• Document all vendor tables and representatives present at the seminar.
• Record the food and dining experience during the event.
• Conduct interviews with five attendees, asking them about the importance of the event to healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Must have an HD videocamera capable of filming in 1080p resolution.
• Experience in videography, particularly in event settings.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience filming medical or healthcare-related events.
• Ability to edit footage for highlights or promotional use.

Benefits
