About the position

We are seeking a professional videographer to capture key moments during a medical seminar hosted by our nonprofit organization. The role involves filming various aspects of the event, including speakers, attendees, vendor interactions, and interviews, ensuring high-quality footage is delivered promptly.

Responsibilities

• Film all speakers without recording the entire presentation.
• Capture candid moments of attendees.
• Document all vendor tables and representatives.
• Record lunch activities.
• Conduct interviews with five attendees about the importance of the event to healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a videographer.
• Access to an HD videocamera capable of filming in 1080p.
• Ability to upload footage to DropBox within 24 hours after the event.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience filming medical or healthcare-related events.
• Portfolio showcasing recent videography work.

Benefits

• Flat fee compensation of $500 for the event.
