About the position

Our nonprofit organization is seeking a professional videographer for a one-time event on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. The videographer will be responsible for capturing key moments during a seminar that runs from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. This role is crucial for documenting the event, which includes filming various segments such as speakers, attendees, and the overall atmosphere of the seminar. The videographer will need to ensure that all important aspects of the event are recorded, including candid shots of attendees, the setup process, lunch, and the cocktail reception. Additionally, the videographer will conduct brief one-on-one interviews with five selected individuals, asking them one question each. The selected videographer must have their own equipment, which should include an HD videocamera, a handheld wireless microphone, and a tripod. The footage captured during the event must be uploaded to our DropBox account within 24 hours of the event's conclusion. Payment for this service will be a flat fee of $375, and it can be processed through Venmo or PayPal. We are looking for a professional who can deliver high-quality video content and has experience in similar event coverage.
