About the position

The Program Account Manager at DASI LLC is responsible for managing the development, performance, and relationships of existing and new programs and partnerships. This role involves contract negotiation, deliverables management, and ensuring high performance from partners while focusing on sales growth and customer satisfaction. The Program Account Manager will coordinate onboarding processes for new partners, conduct program review meetings, and analyze the effectiveness of partnerships to drive continuous improvement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts with partners, ensuring compliance with commitments and deliverables.
  • Coordinate Program Review Meetings to discuss key business aspects including sales and performance metrics.
  • Strive for program expansion with current partners and identify additional business opportunities.
  • Coordinate payments and account statement reconciliations between DASI and partners' finance teams.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new partners, including internal coordination and program kick-off meetings.
  • Perform inventory analysis and price competitiveness assessments to maximize program benefits.
  • Proactively manage booked orders to resolve issues and increase sales order conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Know Your Partner dashboard.
  • Provide leadership for Vendor Management strategies across DASI partners.
  • Measure performance, set benchmarks, and derive insights for continuous improvement.
  • Identify sales and program growth opportunities in collaboration with various business functions.
  • Deliver year-over-year revenue growth while maintaining supplier quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain policies for effective partner management.
  • Leverage Marketing and CRM teams for supplier and customer acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in aviation or related industry.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience managing a team in a global environment.
  • Background in contract management and business process change.
  • Ability to forge strategic relationships externally.
