The Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Relay Account Support (RAS) team is seeking a data-driven, customer-obsessed program manager to support digital and email marketing initiatives. This role is crucial for pulling data requests that will enhance our marketing strategies and improve customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for various reporting needs, including compiling data and running reports on a weekly basis. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with various marketing technologies to provide insights that drive decision-making. In this role, you will provide support for Pendo and new analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics. This includes pulling ad-hoc reports that cover Digital Marketing ad click reporting, documentation, targeting, and more. You will also compile and scrub monthly lead generation lists to support acquisition marketing efforts. Additionally, you will assist the Marketing Operations Manager with core Marketo inputs, which involves working within the platform to implement foundational and supporting automation tasks. A typical day for a Program Administrator will involve supporting weekly reporting needs, building segmentation cohorts in Marketo, ensuring compliance processes are followed, creating program templates, and establishing QA processes for email sending. Documentation for Marketo and its usage will also be a key responsibility. This role is part of the Relay Acquisition Marketing team, which supports Amazon Relay. As this is a new position, we are looking for a self-starter who can build a framework from the ground up and is comfortable navigating ambiguity in a startup-like environment.
