About the position

The Program Administrator is responsible for the administration of one or more client-facing programs within a business unit at Elevance Health. This role is crucial in supporting business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external client-facing projects or initiatives. The Program Administrator will administer the implementation and compliance of ongoing external client-facing programs, ensuring that each program meets its stated objectives. This includes providing subject matter expertise in response to day-to-day business issues, conducting research on applicable subject matter practices, and remaining aware of industry trends to enhance program effectiveness. In this position, the Program Administrator will manage relationships and partner with corporate and regional business areas. This involves coordinating training related to the client-facing program, developing success measures for the program, and performing periodic assessments to evaluate the success of external client-facing programs. The role also includes scheduling, conducting, and attending meetings, supporting management in achieving overall objectives, assessing costs and savings, and assisting in the payment of vendor invoices. Additionally, the Program Administrator must comply with complex data requirements and be capable of preparing and delivering presentations to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in external client-facing programs or other healthcare-related fields.
  • Any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
