About the position

The Associate Program Analyst is responsible for providing project coordination and administrative support across various functional areas within Prime Therapeutics, including Clinical Program Management, Utilization Management, and more. This hybrid position requires weekly in-office attendance in Eagan, Minnesota, and focuses on managing internal and client-facing initiatives to ensure effective program implementation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management and implementation of internal and client-facing initiatives, including Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee coordination and formulary development.
  • Serve as the point of contact for administrative support within designated functional areas, tracking documentation and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Support the creation of client quarterly business review presentations and coordinate client meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • 1 year of work experience in healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, business process administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree.
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT).
  • 3 years of experience in PBM, Managed Care, or Pharmaceutical/Trade.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Knowledge or experience with formulary or utilization management.
