About the position

The Program Analyst (Credit Union Development) role involves supporting various program functions, including program evaluation, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and the development of strategies, policies, and process recommendations. The position requires effective communication with stakeholders and the ability to manage program administrative tasks independently while collaborating with program teams to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support program evaluation and analysis functions.
  • Assist in the development of strategy, policy, and process recommendations.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data.
  • Engage in program outreach activities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Plan and complete tasks independently while collaborating with program teams.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the CU/GS-12 level in federal service, related to financial analysis of credit unions or banks serving Minority and Underserved/Underbanked communities.
  • Ability to perform data analysis from financial statements and reports.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with R programming language.
