About the position
As the program analyst you will assist the division manager in leading a group of 60 + ANSER employees and multiple subcontractor staff. In this role you will have responsibility for a broad range of project and contract tasks related to the day-to-day management of division programs, contracts and financials. This position requires a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office at our Arlington, VA location.
Responsibilities
- Invoice reviews and reconciliation
- Travel authorizations and expense review and approval
- Drafting project financial performance data for review by the division manager
- Monthly report development, reviews, and submissions to the client
- Contract modification reviews and contract kick-off reviews
- Requisition development and staff interviews
- Liaising with project managers supporting the division
- Proposal support including all phases of color team reviews and technical writing support.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in a STEM field
- 5+ years federal and defense contract program or project management experience
- Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Demonstrated mastery of excel including pivot tables, graphs and dashboards
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of budgets and business financials
- Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels including senior stakeholders, customers and client partners.
