About the position

The Junior Program Analyst at StraCon Services Group, LLC is responsible for supporting a Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) program office by applying analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives, analyzing requirements, budgets, and schedules, and developing program acquisition documentation. This role involves tracking program status using NAVAIR tools and ensuring compliance with government processes for documentation and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Develops program acquisition documentation, such as PIDs, SOW, and CDRLs.
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules utilizing NAVAIR AMS tools, including PMT, Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), and CDRL Tool.
  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.

Requirements

  • Less than three years experience performing duties described in the Essential Job Duties.
  • AA/AS degree or a HS Diploma with two years additional work experience may be substituted for an Associates Degree.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Minimum Secret clearance required or must be eligible to apply for interim DoD clearance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of NAVAIR AMS Suite of Tools (CDRLs, PMT, and CSPT).
  • Experience providing critical program management support for major DoD acquisition systems with multiple appropriations and multiple type/model/series aircrafts and/or systems.
