Parsons is seeking a Program Analyst to provide support to the Naval Medical Research Unit - San Antonio (NAMRU-SA) and its collaborating institutions in the conduct of research in Combat Casualty Care and Operational Medicine, Craniofacial Health and Restorative Medicine, and Directed Energy. The Program Analyst will assist Principal Investigators (PI) in the planning, coordination, and administration of research studies. This role involves coordinating the implementation of research studies, maintaining study records, and managing activities associated with internal and external audits in collaboration with the PI. The Program Analyst will also assist in tracking the progress of projects to ensure that milestones and benchmarks are met, coordinating all design phases with managers, engineers, and technical support personnel. Responsibilities include assisting in the coordination of research programs and projects, protocol composition, resource management, and writing technical reports and manuscripts. The analyst will ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations in Navy and DoD medical and dental clinics, prepare and monitor budgets for research projects, and maintain inventory of supplies. Additionally, the Program Analyst will provide research and administrative support, manage correspondence, and maintain research-related documents according to quality control standards set forth by the Government. This position requires a proactive approach to collecting and maintaining data to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations, as well as assisting in the preparation of protocols and research-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
