About the position

The Program Analyst (Program Manager) position at the Pentagon involves supporting the Department of Defense Special Access Program Central Office (DoD SAPCO). The role is critical in providing oversight and governance for DoD special access programs, advising senior officials, and ensuring compliance with various policies and procedures. The incumbent will facilitate meetings, conduct analyses, and manage sensitive programs, contributing to the effectiveness of defense systems capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates meetings for the Low Observable and Counter Low Observable (LO-CLO) Tri-Service Committee and the LO/CLO Executive Committee on technology transfer issues.
  • Identifies and develops data required for the management and direction of the SAP Programs.
  • Conducts analysis, evaluation, and oversight of sensitive programs ensuring compliance with DoD policies and procedures.
  • Conducts research and performs special projects related to LO/CLO concerns and management.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI and SAP components.
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, demonstrating expertise in security procedures and policy guidelines related to Special Access Programs.
  • Experience in program analysis principles and practices, serving as a senior advisor on complex program policies.

  • Experience working with Special Programs and understanding governance and oversight of special access programs.
