About the position

The Program Analyst position at Corner Alliance involves supporting federal government clients by providing strong analytical and communication skills. The role emphasizes collaboration, quality assurance, and proactive engagement in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will be responsible for writing, documentation review, communication facilitation, quality assurance, reporting, public outreach, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate exceptional writing abilities and work collaboratively with diverse audiences to meet project timelines.
  • Prepare and review application letters, memoranda, and other correspondence for technical accuracy and completeness.
  • Establish and maintain positive communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of all documentation and correspondence, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track evaluations and ensure timely completion of all processes.
  • Capture key discussion points and action items during meetings to ensure clarity and accountability in follow-up.
  • Inform potential applicants and stakeholders about program benefits through fact sheets, briefings, and in-person presentations.
  • Leverage MS Office and relevant software tools to efficiently execute tasks and enhance workflow processes.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and conference calls with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • BA/BS + 5 Years of relevant experience or Master's + 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have at minimum, a current interim Secret, and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.
  • US citizenship.

Nice-to-haves

  • Occasional availability for travel.
  • Prior DHS contractor fitness (suitability) authorization determination.
  • Prior DHS experience.
