About the position
The Senior Program Analyst will support AWS and PMA 266 in the planning, design, development, procurement, and life-cycle support of Navy and Marine Corps Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). This role requires expertise in naval aviation maintenance operations and UAV programs, focusing on maintenance squadron initiation, maintenance schoolhouse establishment, and maintenance requirements generation.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in 4790 Naval Aviation Maintenance Program and VMU squadron maintenance Concept of Operations development.
- Coordinate acquisition strategies, develop and submit program budgets, and manage deployment and fielding strategies.
- Support the UAS Transition Task Force (TTF) by coordinating high-level service staff actions with various military commands.
- Assist in the development of the Marine Aviation Plan for UAS and Marine Corps UAS Family of Systems strategy.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in a relevant field and a MA/MS degree (or equivalent experience).
- Experience supporting HQMC Deputy Commandant of Aviation is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
