About the position

The VH-92 FST Configuration Manager will play a crucial role in the FST Program Management Department at FLTREADCEN EAST. This position involves coordinating feedback from various stakeholders, analyzing program policies, and developing plans to enhance workforce learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessment feedback between the fleet, program offices, and outside organizations.
• Analyze communications or information technology program policies, procedures, or requirements to identify potential problem areas.
• Formulate and develop program plans, schedules and monitor execution per established plans and schedules.
• Propose solution strategies to improve workforce learning and growth.
