About the position

The Program Analyst position at the Naval Sea Logistics Center (NSLC) involves supporting project financial processes and collaborating on project strategies. The role requires participation in various meetings and discussions, providing financial support for assigned portfolios, and managing project structures within the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The analyst will be responsible for accounting work performance data and ensuring effective planning and execution of projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate and collaborate in team strategies and project plans.
• Support financial aspects of assigned projects and portfolios.
• Build, edit, and maintain Navy ERP project structures.
• Provide support to the assigned Customer Advocate (CA) and/or Deputy Customer Advocate (DCA).
• Analyze project planning and execution using various sources and systems.
• Manage the delivery of products and services independently or with support personnel.
• Account for work performance data across the agency.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level.
• Experience analyzing project planning and execution using various sources and systems.
• Ability to provide information and data that facilitates metric creation and informs decision-making.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with financial processes in a project management context.
• Familiarity with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
