About the position

The Program Analyst will serve as a project manager within the Naval Sea Logistics Center (NAVSEALOGCEN), focusing on property management assessments and audits. This role involves preparing materials for briefings, submitting authoritative reports, and engaging in discussions with various stakeholders to ensure logistics elements are effectively managed. The position requires a strong analytical background to interpret and discuss the impact of proposed policy and operational changes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Property Management assessments and audits.
• Prepare materials for presentation at WFC Property Management meetings.
• Submit authoritative reports and make presentations to Product and Resource Managers, sponsors, customers, and senior corporate managers.
• Monitor and evaluate operations to ensure logistics elements are provided at the right time, place, and quantity.
• Analyze, interpret, and discuss the impact of proposed policy and operational changes issued by higher authority.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
• Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
• Must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• Required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final SECRET security clearance.
